If you are a new user, email and phone number is all you need to provide at sign up. We do not 'Sign up with social networks because we care about your privacy. We only need your phone number and email to enhance the security of your account. This information is not available for other users.

Denim is free to install. That is the part of our philosophy. We do have additional paid features to improve your dating experience. Those include account bump, advanced filters, newsletters etc. Premium access is also paid. After trial period is over men should pay to chat with girls.

To add photo to your Denim profile, please follow the instructions below:

1. Open your profile.

2. Click 'Add photo' to download image from your Gallery or to take a new shot.

3. Follow Rules for Posting Images by Denim.

To change profile image, please follow the instructions below:

1.Login your profile.

2. Click at any photo from your Album. Click three dots at the top right corner. Choose 'Set as profile image'.

3. If your photo meets all the requirements, other users will see it as your profile image!

To add info to 'About myself', for instance regarding our appearance or interests, follow these steps:

1. Login your profile. Click 'Edit' at the top right corner of your account.

2. Change the required info in your account.

3. Click 'Save' at the bottom of the screen. If the buttom is inactive, fill in all required fields. Required fields are marked with the red asterisk.

4. To change some information later, repeat all the steps.

To turn on geolocation in Denim for iPhone, please follow the instructions below:

1. Open Settings at your device.

2. Scroll down and choose Denim

3. Find Geolocation and turn it on for 'When using the app'.

To turn on geolocation at Android devices, please follow the instructions below:

1. Open Settings at your device.

2. Scroll down to Personal.

3. Find ' Geolocation service' icon.

4. Turn on geolocation. Denim will only use geolocation when you are using the app.

We work hard for Denim to be safe and convenient dating service. Our Rules for Posting Images serve this purpose. If your photo was declined, check the list of possible reasons below:

Erotic photo posted

For some reasons your face is not clearly visible. It may happen when photo is too small and multiple filters are applied, photo contains watermark or face is shown in part)

If you only wear a swimsuit or lingerie

Your photo also depicts another person

It is signed or contains any text

You have downloaded a picture of other person

Your photo depicts weapons, alcohol, cigarettes

We hope you are leaving us because you have already found your soulmate or with no reason. To delete your profile, please follow the instruction below:

1. Go to app Settings.

2. Scroll down and click 'Delete Account'.

3. Specify the reason for account deletion and provide us a permission to send you notifications in future.
